Lee Ann’s journey began with a degree in engineering from The Ohio State University. From corporate boardrooms to international advocacy roles, she has continuously pushed boundaries. Her career has spanned continents and disciplines—always rooted in a passion for innovation, inclusion, and elevating the next generation of leaders. In addition to her global work, Lee Ann is the co-owner of Moose Apple Christmas Tree Farm, blending entrepreneurship with community spirit.
